Shahrukh Khan shoot underwater for upcoming Film 'Happy New Year' in Dubai
Film star Shah Rukh Khan is ready to shoot underwater for Happy New Year. Akshay Kumar tried it with Blue (2009), Aamir Khan did too in his last release Talaash (2012) starring Rani & Kareena, and now Shah Rukh Khan is about to take a dive, For his upcoming film Happy New Year.
Happy New Year, the hero will be filming scenes underwater. And director Farah Khan has not afforded expense by dressing in Italian cinematographer and underwater cameraman Franz Pagot for the film.
“I am working with Shah Rukh Khan in his next film. It surely has underwater shoots with him. I’ll be here mainly through Christmas,” tells Franz, who has also worked with Amir Khan in his Talaash and Warning 3D. The cinematographer was in Goa to attend a workshop which is held at the International Film Festival of India (IFFI) 2013.

Franz had to sneak out of IFFI for a day to meet SRK and Farah and argue the plan of action. “I had a meeting (with them) concerning the logistics. My presence is acquired for 14 days. They are still planning the shooting dates, but we discussed some scenes. I consider it will be shot in India,” tells Franz.
Tells him if he texture that the scenes will be shot in 3D and he says, “I can’t answer that right now. But I don’t think so.” Franz has many film proposals in India, but he feels that 3D cinematography in India takes a long time. “I have got a couple more offers. I think the art you have here is superb and outclass, but what wants to change is the maker’s psychologically.
