Indian chefs prepare allegedly the longest dosa, a fermented crepe or pancake made from rice batter and black lentils, at the Sankalp restaurant in Ahmedabad . 32 Chefs at Sankalp restaurant prepared the 53 foot long dosa with over 80 kg of flour, 30 kg of pure ghee (clarified butter), and 300 kg cooking gas to prepare the dosa in 10 minutes.
