(FILES) Vietnam's legendary general Vo Nguyen Giap waves to visitors at the end of a visit by Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva at his home in Hanoi. Vietnam's independence hero General Vo Nguyen Giap, whose guerrilla tactics defeated both the French and American armies, died on October 4, 2013, at the age of 102, a government source said.
