Gerry Judah for Porsche 911 50th Anniversary Sculpture

Artist and designer Gerry Judah continues his unique automobile sculptures with this special installation commissioned by Porsche‘s Great Britain subsidiary to mark the Porsche 911‘s 50th anniversary. The seemingly gravity-defying sculpture consists of three Porsches: a 1963 911, a 1973 911 Carrera RS 2.7, and a 2013 911. Each car rests at the end of a white steel arrow reaching up towards the sky. Weighing in at a hefty 22 tonnes, the sculpture is as much a feat of engineering as it is a work of art. The sculpture was recently on display at the Goodwood Festival of Speed in England.
