Russia's President Vladimir Putin attends a meeting  in the Kremlin in Moscow.  An initiative group held today a press conference in Moscow on their idea to nominate Russia's President Vladimir Putin for a Nobel Peace Prize for averting US strikes against Syria, the media reported.
