An Indian college student has pink cream applied to act out an alleged skin allergy due to cigarette smoke during a youth festival at Guru Nanak Dev university in Amritsar on September 20, 2013. About 18 Educational Colleges from different colleges in the state of Punjab participated in the Youth Festival.
